Pict provides a range of creative and consultancy services from Aberdeen, Scotland. We have a range of expertise, with a focus on narrative content and engagement with culture and landscape.
A sense of place is important to Pict, and we’re always happy to work with cultural organisations with a focus on Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Scotland as a whole. We are proud to have produced work for the Scottish Poetry Library, SEPA, Historic Environment Scotland, Aberdeenshire Council, Scots Radio, the Doric Film Festival and more.
Pict is run by Josh Bircham (MA, MSc, FHEA). Josh is an experienced digital marketer, currently lecturing at the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen.
Josh studied English Literature at Aberdeen University and is a published author. He has worked in communications and marketing roles at international organisations including the European Energy Centre (EEC) and holds an MSc with Distinction in Digital Marketing from Robert Gordon’s University.
Due to Josh’s teaching commitments at RGU Pict is only able to take on limited projects. Though please do get in touch and let us know a bit more about what you need.

Design
Pict provides graphic and web design services producing digital assets, logos, advertisements, websites, portfolios, white papers, magazines and printed documents like leaflets and brochures.
Content
Pict provides in-house content creation services, from copy, through to full documentary-length features. Our video work includes considered and transparent storyboarding and planning.
Strategy
Pict can help with your digital marketing strategy, auditing existing activity, suggesting improvements, reviewing your analytics and providing a structured, measurable framework for different timescales.
We can also help with specific campaigns, and can provide strategic support for the distribution of content we create, such as videos or images
