Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 2026
Overview
Pict Digital is a creative consultancy based in Aberdeen, Scotland. This policy explains how this website (pictdigital.com) handles data about its visitors. We keep things simple: we collect only basic, anonymised analytics and we do not sell or share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-RKGVH54XEV) to understand
how visitors use the site — which pages are visited, how long people spend reading, and where traffic comes from.
This helps us improve the content and experience.
Google Analytics collects data such as your approximate location (country or region), browser type, device type, and pages visited. This data is anonymised and aggregated — we cannot identify you individually from it. IP addresses are anonymised by default in GA4.
Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC, which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Google may transfer this data outside the UK and EEA. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to distinguish visitors and sessions. These are analytics cookies and are not used for advertising or tracking across other websites.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.
Contact form
If you submit an enquiry via the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent directly to us via Formspree, a third-party form processing service. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not stored beyond that purpose. Formspree's own privacy policy applies to its handling of submitted data.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
- We do not use data collected on this site for advertising or remarketing.
- We do not collect sensitive personal data.
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. As we hold very little identifying data, most requests will relate to contact form submissions. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@pictdigital.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
